*All models, in addition to color customization, include 1 charm (letter, number or shape).
It is possible to add all the charms you want by purchasing them individually.

Are you undecided about the colors? Not sure which combination to choose? No problem, once the order is placed we work together! You will receive the work in progress photos and if you are not satisfied with the result you can make your changes.


IMPORTANT

*Our products are fully customizable, we ask you for a little patience. Except for special conditions, orders will be processed within 5 working days / please report any emergencies or requests in the NOTES section on the CHECK OUT screen
*if one of the products purchased is a gift, please report it in the NOTES section on the CHECK OUT screen
* the pearls are made to resist shocks but being glass they must be handled with care
*once your bijoux has been created, you will receive the photo (via email or IG) in order to be able to make any changes, if we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we will consider the bijoux definitive and proceed directly with the shipment
